Dining table and chairs experience
I ordered a Mesa de Comedor Etnia and four Sillas de Comedor Niza from Kenay Home. The ordering process on their website was pretty straightforward, even if it took a bit to load some product pages. Delivery was within the estimated 7-10 days, arriving in two separate shipments as expected for chairs and table. The packaging was robust, everything arrived undamaged. Assembly for the table was easy enough, just attaching the legs. The chairs came pre-assembled. Quality seems good for the price point; the wood finish on the table feels durable and the chairs are comfortable. Customer service answered my query about tracking the separate shipments within a day. Overall, a solid experience.
Decent armchair, slow delivery
I purchased the Sillón Velvet and overall I'm quite happy with the armchair itself. The fabric is nice and it's comfortable. However, the delivery took longer than the estimated time, about 12 days to reach Houston, which was a bit frustrating. The tracking updates weren't always very clear either. The packaging was good, no damage. For the price, it's a good piece, but they could definitely improve on their shipping speed and communication around delivery times. I'd probably still shop here again for the furniture style.
